Dr. Diana Tay

Dr. Diana Tay, Founder and Principal Conservator of BARC Labs, combines over decades of conservation expertise with a vision to advance Singapore’s art conservation industry. Starting her career in 2009, Diana specializes in the structural reintegration of paintings and holds a PhD in conservation research. She combines her technical expertise with a clear vision to not only provide meticulous care for every project but also to inspire and shape the next generation of conservators through research, education, and collaboration. Diana's leadership ensures that BARC Labs remains a trusted partner for artists, institutions, and collectors seeking the highest standards in art conservation.

Keziah Lim

Keziah trained at Northumbria University and is a specialist in painting conservation with a keen eye for aesthetic reintegration. Her work across Singapore and the UK reflects a forward-thinking approach, blending traditional expertise with innovative techniques. Keziah is committed to expanding the dialogue on conservation through education and outreach, inspiring greater awareness and engagement in the field.

Jia Qi BARC Labs paintings conservator

Siew Jia Qi

Jia Qi received her formal conservation training at Northrumbria University, specialising in the material reintegration of paint losses. With a background in both paintings conservation and arts management, Jia Qi brings a unique perspective to the team. Her dedication to growing the arts industry, combined with her technical expertise, ensures a thoughtful and holistic approach to every project she undertakes.
